DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Standard Delivery: 3-5 Business Days

All orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.

ORDER CUTOFF TIME

Daily Cutoff: 4:00 PM (UAE Time)
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GST/UAE Time) will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE:

Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman

- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping promotions may be available for orders above a certain value.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the notes section during checkout.
